DataJob Sweden AB is looking for a talented C++ Software Engineer to help design and develop navigation and mapping solutions used by millions worldwide. You’ll work on real-time, high-performance systems in an agile environment, collaborating with engineers who love solving complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design C++ features for navigation and routing systems
• Develop features to make navigation clear, natural, and friendly
• Work on high performance code using C++
• Participate in design and code reviews
• Perform code maintenance duties (including incident screening and identifying bugs)
• Collaborate with QA and engineering teams to deliver production-quality routes
• Contribute to product innovation and future direction

Requirements

• Industry experience in C++ and Linux
• Strong understanding of common data structures and basic graph algorithms
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Inquisitive and highly motivated self-starter
• Passionate about building and designing exceptional products

Education & Experience

– Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field

Nice to Have

– Experience with machine learning or data science
– Background in navigation, routing, maps, or geometrical computation
