The project began in late spring 2021, and its initial version was launched in 2023. It includes two web applications and one desktop application, all developed using the Scrum methodology. Following the initial product implementation, the project management and development teams will continue to provide extended support, including maintenance, hosting, and adjustments to meet evolving client expectations.

Functional Description
The project’s scope was to modernize the existing desktop-based application and introduce a web-based interface for remote accessibility. The new interface encompasses all the business needs of the auction house, along with additional workflows.
The updated workflows fully digitalize the antiquity acquisition and selling processes, which were previously conducted through traditional in-person interactions at the shop. The scope also includes the auction process and the distribution of purchased goods, significantly enhancing usability for end clients.
