Join our team in Malmö, Sweden as a skilled JavaScript Frontend Engineer with a focus on React, for a dynamic consultancy assignment.

We are looking for someone who is technically minded and has the ability to explain complex problems clearly. Strong oral and written communication skills in English are essential. As a member in the team you will be developing applications and tools in a complex domain with large amounts of data and with many exciting challenges to solve that make a difference for the users.

Responsibilities 

• Identify requirements of new features, and propose design and solution.
• Build advanced single page web applications to support data workflow operations.
• Take ownership of delivering features and improvements solving the business problem at hand.

Technical Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• High proficiency in core JavaScript and/or TypeScript, and ReactJS.
• A keen eye for software design and architecture and the ability to break up work into smaller deliverables.
• Proficient in functional programming style. Languages: modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
• Able to wear multiple hats, do what it takes, ability and attitude.
• Ability to take ownership, identify requirements, prioritize and make progress in an environment with limited given input.

Extra Merit

• Experience with modern web technologies: WASM, WebGPU, canvas rendering, security.
• Familiar with frontend performance optimization techniques, such as lazy loading, code splitting and minimizing render times.

Location: Malmö, Sweden (able to work 5 days onsite in office)

Work Arrangement: On-site, 5 days in the office
