We are seeking a Data Engineer with strong experience in Google Cloud Platform
(GCP) to drive the development of scalable, high-performing data products that power
business decisions and growth. The ideal candidate combines technical excellence with
a strategic mindset, ensuring our data infrastructure supports innovation, speed, and
reliability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of building, optimizing, and maintaining data products and pipelines that enable data-driven decision-making.
• Design and implement robust data architectures aligned with business priorities.
• Apply DevOps practices to manage CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and cloud infrastructure on GCP.
• Ensure all solutions meet enterprise-grade standards for security, scalability, and performance.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to define data product vision and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement a data mesh approach, improving accessibility and efficiency across domains.
• Lead initiatives to streamline processes, reduce technical debt, and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies to maintain a future-ready data environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer or Software Engineer in modern cloud environments (preferably GCP).
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, or Scala.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data formats (Avro, Parquet), and cloud-based storage systems.
• Experience with NoSQL and RDBMS databases.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
• GCP Cloud Certification required.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
